Welcome to an update on my portfolio. I keep showcasing the most relevant projects from my prolific catalog to give you perspective on our taste and skills in residential design.

As part of our advisory for developers, we presented this Concept Design for a Guest-Gathering building in an exclusive development with access to Lake Texoma. The goal was to create a building where homeowners guests could gather and stay close to the water.

Two casitas and a massive deck to have parties while enjoying the views are featured. Underneath that, we created a Game Room with a Bar and different entertainment amenities. Also, there are large storages where they could store all their water sports and entertaining equipment right next to the shore.

The square footage, style, room list, and layout were covered as listed in the column beside.

The result is this astonishing building that amazed the developers. They fell utterly in love with the look and functionality from the initial sketches. The functionality, flow, and cost-value balance were also satisfactory.
