This Mediterranean House, located south of Dallas, sits on a slope and is a single-story building with a walk-out basement. The design has an extra height over the Great Room that allowed us to make it look like a two-story house from the street.

The main level holds the Great Room, secondary bedrooms, two offices, and the Master Suite. The lower level features utility areas, a garage, and a gym. Also, the Walk-Out Basement opens up to the fantastic outdoor living features like outdoor cooking, living, and the pool. There is a majestic round exterior stair connecting the upper terrace with the outdoor areas

We brought the elegance and grandiose aesthetic of the luxury Mediterranean houses to the design. Tall columns, arches, windows with transom, and styled ornaments decore all the elevations of this piece.
