Quick pencil sketching in Dallas Downtown 

One from each end of the city downtown. So I got, the building from which Lee Harvey Oswald shot Kennedy. And then, the Wyly theater by Herzog and De Meuron architects.

Firstly, the JFK building, as we called. I said in my Travel Post to Dallas Downtown, I can´t imagine how such an incident could impact on the Texan people proud. I suppose that it turned into a dark shame over those years after the shooting of JFK and then Lee Harvey Oswald. That is actually the reason for selecting such a modest building to sketch. It has no special appeal, only the history surrounding it.

Secondly, the next building chosen is a super modernist box at Dallas the Art District. That is to be said that I could not resist after seeing it in some many Architecture magazines.

Como dije en mi Travel Post al centro de Dallas, no puedo imaginar cómo un incidente de este tipo podría impactar en la orgullosa gente de Texas. Supongo que se convirtió en una vergüenza durante esos años después del tiroteo de JFK y luego Lee Harvey Oswald. Esa es realmente la razón para seleccionar un edificio tan modesto para bocetear. No tiene un atractivo especial, solo la historia que lo rodea.

El otro edificio elegido es una caja súper modernista en Dallas the Art District. No pude resistir después de verlo en muchas revistas de arquitectura.
