Iron Root Bar Concept Design

Distillery Sketch Rendering
My Digital Sketching Experience

Hey guys, thanks for coming back. Today I’m sharing the Iron Root Bar Concept Design, and Sketches for a distillery at Dennison, Texas.

As many of you know, I’m a Restaurant and Bar Designer in my country. In contrast, my residential work is primarily based in The USA. Well, this project happens to be my first commission on this line of work on US soil. It was exciting and also challenging when I got this contract.

Even when I started learning Affinity Photo, I’m still using SketchBook Pro since I need to go through a learning curve, and It will be like that until I can replicate at least the same that I can do on Sketchbook Pro. As I said, I love Sketchbook Pro. I’ve been using it for years. However, I got enough of Its constant flaws.

I showed you that I am working on getting rid of the black lines in my sketches. And again, I’m still working on it. There is a work on texture and ambient occlusion that I’ve been improving underneath all those black lines and shadows. This is an entirely new result. It might be a new phase landmark in this process, phase 03 is defined, and you can check it out here.

That is how the Digital Sketch learning process has been going. Iron Root Bar Concept Design has been a joy of an experience. This sketch not only turned into a project that is being built. It also got me a Loft Design in Downtown Dennison.
