Hi everyone, I’m back with a new post on my portfolio. More Modern Farmhouse pieces are coming to Texas. This magnificent Modern Farmhouse bases its appeal on simplicity. I knew that I could achieve the impact of this house by using proportions and simple lines. That would save money that we used in material selections and extra height on the great room. Also, we minimized private spaces in favor of having better common areas. This house owner is a tiny old lady who enjoys the natural light, outdoor living, and the free flow through spaces. It was a challenge, and I loved the results.
