The Blue Lakehouse is a two-story house that has the main living area upstairs. An ideal choice for a spot with a great view of a lake. Even more, this beautiful traditional house with a modern flair has the perfect space dimensions to hold a family. Everything has been set focused on enjoying gathering spaces that also overlook the magnificent view of the lake. We have created a place to spend time enjoying the company and creating beautiful family memories.
Firstly, It has a small but cozy, welcoming Covered Entrance. The front elevation shows a vertical stone wall crowned by a gable that emphasizes The Entrance. That Entrance leads you to a small Foyer that holds a bench, cubbies, and also a Powder Room. The rest of this level will be for the garage, storage, and also future expansion space on the rear. From that foyer, you have access to the staircase leading you up to the actual Main Level.
Coming up from the Ground Level, the stairs lead you to a hallway that takes you to the Great Room. That is a large open space that contains the Kitchen, a sitting/prep Island, the Dining Room, and the Living Room with a corner fireplace. The Great Room is a High Vaulted Ceiling decorated with wood beams. That high space also opens up the lake view with a glass wall that displays french doors in the center that leads you to a Large Rear Deck for outdoor activities.
The Great Room is the center of this house, so there is access to all the rest of the spaces. This level displays two equal bedrooms sharing a full bath with a Jack & Jill solution. The Master Suite connects to it, also opens to the Rear Deck through large glass sliding doors to enjoy the views. Also, this level has a Closet and a Powder Room for guests.
Finally, this level features a stair going up to a Sleeping Loft for younger guests. That is to be said that The Loft is the best spot of the house to enjoying the lake views and overlooking the Great Room downstairs. It also features an extra-large closet to store blankets, pillows, and cushions. Along that walk to the Loft, you can access the Laundry Room and a small Office Nook for homework.
