This two-story home is defined by its rich masonry composition, featuring dark red brick and natural stone as the foundation of its color scheme. To introduce contrast, I incorporated tan-painted brick, which brings brightness and balance to the façade. Dark-painted wood board panels reinforce the European character, lending depth and a structured rhythm to the elevations.
Vertical window arrangements emphasize the home’s stately proportions, enhancing its sense of grandeur. Meanwhile, subtle curved elements refine the aesthetic, adding a softer contrast to the structured composition.
At the rear, expansive glass panels open the gathering spaces to sweeping views of the golf course woods, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor connection. Above, a sophisticated roofline of gabled and shed forms is crowned with metal accents, reflecting light and elevating the home’s overall composition.
