This Victorian-style house has been designed for an extended family. Every member is getting their space and necessary amenities to have a great life at the lake. Even more, kids of this family are going to get great memories to treasure from this place. The house is on a hill surrounded by so many trees that you can barely see it when approaching. It is a surprise waiting to amaze you after a turn.

Firstly, you find an elevation full of Victorian elements like bay windows, double tin columns, brackets, oval windows, overhanging gable, and more. Also, there is a guests entrance through a wrapped around covered porch that surrounds the house. A vertical octagonal turret over the front porch emphasizes the Covered Main Entrance inviting you to go back to that glamorous era.

The Main Entrance leads you to a Foyer opened to above with open stairs going up. The Foyer connects you to the Office, a hallway to the Utility Spaces and also opens up to the Great Room.
In an open space layout, That Great Room contains The KitchenThe Dining Room, And The Living Room showcasing a stunning Stone Fireplace flanked by built-in cabinetry. We opened the whole space to the rearview using traditional French Doors and a set of windows.

It has the morning light coming in from the east, northern light all day long, and the best views over the lake. Even more, sight to the sunset spot, so the owner can stand on that octagonal balcony and enjoy the stunning dawn images that Lake Texoma displays.
